PaperFixx connects your staff's phones to your QuickBooks Online account over ordinary RCS/SMS messages. No app to install, no customer accounts to create — sign in with the QuickBooks account you already use and text it like you would a colleague.
How it works
- Verify a phone. You add a staff member's number (or they send your company code); a one-time code confirms the number is theirs.
- Text a workflow. Today: photograph a signed paper invoice and send it. PaperFixx finds the matching invoice in QuickBooks and asks you to confirm.
- Done. On your yes, the signed image is attached to the invoice in QuickBooks — filed, auditable, no retyping.
